Winterizing wax to shatter

    I have a qp of wax I'm wanting to winterizing in some shatter. I was wondering what the ratio of wax to 190proof whole grain alcohol? How much alcohol should I use for this much wax? Any suggestions?

    I've never dealt with this quantity. I'd use enough alcohol to dissolve the wax real well. it's gonna take a lot of purging.

    I'm sure there is a magic number of how much ppm of oil can be dissolved into alcohol. But good luck finding that research.

    Just keep adding until it's all dissolved. If your alcohol is warm it will dissolve faster.

    I have a vac oven. Should I use regular temp for shatter between 85-95 degree?
