if only my e-reader would tell me the truth, each time I get back to this device the page volume changes but it is a big deep book about 699 pages. more than enough to conquer the English language ...lol Seveneves is a hard science fiction novel by Neal Stephenson published in 2015. The story tells of the desperate efforts to preserve Homo sapiens in the wake of apocalyptic events on Earth following the unexplained disintegration of the Moon, and the remaking of human society as a space-based civilization after a severe genetic bottleneck. Yeah some still waiting for the movie I've had a hard think and most of it could be halved down a bit the tech and the audacity of the story that hooked me Since completing this book a math student has attempted to proove to me theirs more chance of an astroid hitting earth than the moon exploding?
