Dosing with edibles

    I recently started making edibles
    My first few batches of brownies
    I made using rosin chip cannaoil
    And was high for 2 days from a 2x2 square (OD level) so I bought a Tcheck no matter how
    Much I dilute my creations test
    Over the limit am I just making
    Things to strong?

    You just need to find the right dose.

    Take 10mg and wait 2 hours.
    If not stoned
    Take 20mg more and wait another 2 hours
    if not stoned
    Take 40mg more and wait another 2 full hours.
    if not stoned
    Continue Doubling and Waiting until your in the Zone.
    Keep track of how much you took. Now you have a baseline to start at next time.

    Decarb 240 F for 40 minutes uncovered

    5 grams of Kief or Hash or powdered buds or Concentrate
    1 tablespoon Coconut oil
    1/2 teaspoon Lecithin
    COmbine
    Heat 220 F for 20 minutes
    Freeze
    Heat 220 F for 20 minutes
    Done.

    Fills 30 single zero Capsules. 25 drops per capsule

    Concentrate 1 drop = 5-6mg
    Kief or Hash 1 drop = 3mg
    Powdered buds 1 drop = 1mg

    For new users I make up some 1 drop capsules so they can gradually find the sweet spot.

    3mg per drop working with Kief-Hash. Single drop capsules.

    The full single zero (0) capsules hold 25 drops so 75mg per capsule.

    I have been building my kief up, so that'll be another experiment or test. I've also used extra virgin olive oil and they were good, but the coconut oil is superior for the buzz. Olive oil probably better for health reason, I'm thinking
