Day 6: Blue Dream popped today. Photo shows 4 girls in middle, surrounded by baby other herbs. Close-up is BD baby. Going great so far... I'll let them live in there for a while. I have cheap Roleandro LED on 24/7. I think I'm going to veg 18/6. Should I switch to 18/6 with my sprouts?

Be careful watering seedling. Stop Damping Off On Marijuana Seedlings Now! Water the inside edge of the pot,not near the stem.ONLY when the soil is dry. Place a fan in the area and bounce the air off a nearby wall. Not directly on the seedling. This will help develop a strong stem. What are you using for a light source right now? The QB boards?
I have a cheap Roleandro LED about 16" above them. They've stretched to about 1.5" and have their first set of leaves. Should I get them under my QB and in my tent? I prepped my 5 gallon pots today.
You should be fine with that light for a few weeks. It will save you some electricity costs. How do you plan on training them? LST, topping,supercropping or a combination of them?
Just grow them, flower them, cure them. I want to stay simple and feel my way into it for my first grow. Should I reconsider this decision?
Day 7: Feeling pretty good. Sprouts are going to stay in their germinating home for a bit more (Thanks TimJ). I mixed my pots today. Compost, garden soil, perlite, and a little leftover organic potting mix from some other houseplant project. Feels nice and aererated, smells yummy, got some worms in the garden soil. I water the soil and put them in the tent. I'm going to run it for 24 hours, to dial in temp +/- 75. Then I can fluctuate 5 degrees and still be good. I want to see what humidity is like too when all is running and damp soil is in there.
Your light will penetrate maybe 12" deep into your canopy. Growing a flat canopy increases yield and decreases fluffy buds down below. I can tell you from breeding Blue dream and growing it quite a bit. It will out grow that tent and burn up when it hits your lights without training. I'm not sure what other strains you have. But, LST at the least is almost a must for anything other than some of the smaller auto flower strains.
Nice man lookin real good. Im legal to grow so I went a little big. Why not I said. 15 ea. 20 gallon pots. Ya I know. But thes plants are thriving. Doong something right.
