Jerry Lee and Jeremy Duval (POMW)

The US vs Duval case of medical marijuana patient Jerry Lee Duval and his son and caregiver Jeremy Duval, were wrongfully busted by the DEA. They pleaded Not Guilty and went to trial for 14 gruesome days until being sentenced on April 20th, 2012.
