Those are hard water deposits, not solvent soluble. Look into a CLR or similar calcium and iron remover. What kind of water do you use thru it? I'm on high iron well water, and my kettles, pots, and bong will get a hard iron buildup on the bottom, only thing that gets it is CLR.

Yee it moves a bit. I thought of hard water but i didn't think ot would be like this. It's tap water for the kitchen sink
