Hey, I'm new here and was wondering what this is: It appears to be a bubbler- Is it a good piece? The bubbler is made of plastic. Does anyone have any tips for when I use it?
Looks like some kid of cheap, plastic, water pipe. It looks real gay. I would suggest getting a new piece. But try using it if it work nice then keep it. Put some water in it to filter the smoke and make it colder.
I bought it off my friend for 22 bucks. Yeah I'm gonna give it a try with some water, does the water temperature matter? Yeah for sure, water will be used.
Couldn't you just have asked your friend about it (I don't know why you'd buy it without asking)? Probably wouldn't have paid that much either
I'm not sure... it looks really good for a homemade, I think it's a cheap plastic hookah that your friend got from a headshop and now he sold it off to you after he was done with it (probably for more than he paid for it though)
It looks alright. I can tell it's homemade though. Inspect the green hose and notice how it was cut slightly slanted? Also, the top is pushed in (Probably when he poked the holes through) He didn't make a very good incision where the holes are either. I can see it, the rubber pieces don't hide it very well. I'm not sure if it will be safe to smoke.. Lot's of plastic.
That is a bubble and you paid 5000% of what it is worth. Poke a whole ton of BB sized holes (or cut some thick slits) starting around half an inch from the bottom of the tube in the water, and then fill the water about a half an inch above the highest hole. Because the tube ends so early, there's gonna be a lot of water so it should actually filter pretty well. Is there a carb? Because if not you're going to need to add one if you wanna be able to hit and clear a bowl and not just pack one hitters.

Yeah I could tell the red cap looks dented in, and I know I see the light marks that extend past those rubber seals. Probably wouldn't smoke out of just because of that plastic tube A little harsh, but I certainly wouldn't pay for something that I didn't know what it was
a ounce of grass from his friends front yard... 22 bucks for that thing........go to a candy store get a container go to a headshop for a metal bowl stick a straw in the bowl and a tube in the lid you got your self something for 6 dollers which sucks .
Stop hatin on his pipe. It may be a plastic, gay looking bubbler, but it does the job. You probally get huge rips off that. And yeah man, water temp matters. The colder the better. Your trying to cool the smoke so it doesnt burn your lungs.
