Depends on how ambitious you are. A easy one can be made out of a bottle of Pom. It looks pretty cool. If you want to go all out, you could always get a bottle of Crystal Heat Vodka. I know a guy who is making one of those.
Don't know if it was mentioned or if they even make them still but SOBE lifewater bottles with the twist are awesome, when I was a wee lad I went a whole summer smoking out of nothing else haha.
