I’ve always enjoyed shredding my herb up with my fingers in the past. It was just therapeutic to me. Now my fingers hurt much of the time so I broke down and got my first shredder (at 50 years old). I went to a local shop and started looking at shredders. I like to buy things only once so I like to buy the best I can. Still though I’m cheap so there’s no way I’m spending over $50.00 on a shredder (minimum) I’m gonna review stuff online. Anyway the dude hooked me up. He sold me a $60.00 shredder for $25.00. I ended up with an SLX 2.0. I really like this thing. It rips through weed! I’m so glad I finally broke down and got a shredder. I don’t know how my SLX 2.0 compares to other shredders out there both cheaper and more expensive. I can say it works phenomenally well. It’s exceptionally well built. It stays clean. I’ve been using it for over a month and there’s not even a little bit of gunk or residue. I’ve never heard of kief before, but it’s collecting fast. I don’t know if that’s a big deal though. It’s supposed to be uber potent, but is it more potent than concentrates? Well I guess it may be great in joints. So what are you using, have you used, and are thinking of using? Any recommendations? I have 2 grinders the black ones a cheap 99p one of eBay I use for hash & the other I got for £5 a few years back from a market stall both serve me well lol, I don't see the point in buying an expensive grinder when the cheaper ones do the same thing
Thanks! Everything was made magnificently well. It all works like it should. They also put a really nice coating on it so nothing sticks to the grinder so all the threads and everything else are clean. It’s expensive so I’m really glad I got such a great price for it. This dude shreds!! Jokes aside, I use a shot glass and sewing snips. Drop bud in shot glass, snip, snip, snip it all up, dump it in your choice of paper, twist it all up and enjoy. Although it is a pretty magical feeling when you get a kick ass grinder like you have there. Like all is right in the world...
