Hey guys, I think I have been scammed by them! So I ordered a silicone bong from Waxmaid, from an ad I saw on Instagram, they looked really cool, there was a 40% off sale, I said what the hell....ordered one. BIG MISTAKE. I never even got sent a conformation of my order until about a week, later after I emailed them asking for this. They said it is shipping the next week!!! Two weeks already --> No notice, no nothing, Then I emailed them demanding to know what is up with my order (Its' coming directly from China), they responded saying "Hey Fam, its running late, nothing we can do, it will e shipped soon..." HEY FAM? OMG at that time, it was like almost three weeks later. I then said I want my money back, they responded it shipped, sent me a tracking number, yet to this day, 41 days later, no bong, no tracking info, nothing!!! I told them refund my money or I will expose there business practices, They didn't return my money. (it was only like 27 dollars, but its the point!!!) I feel screwed over. BEWARE, they are not good to do business with!
This is the email I just got, verbatim, in response to saying I WANT A REFUND! felixhe@chakousilicone.com 10:03 PM (28 minutes ago) to me Hello, family, Thank you for your reching out We ship your project from China because we have adjusted our warehouse in these days, there is no logistics information on the plane, it will take many days, if we ship from America, we hope you can receive the goods as soon as possible, we can give you an additional product as compensation, thank you for your understanding. 41 days after I ordered it!!!
This is why you should BUY AMERICAN (or at least, from an American middleman)! I am surprised they answered your email. Often you get no reply. And get ready for some $900 luggage (or other expensive luxury item) to show up on your credit card statement if you used your card. Granny

You'll eventually get the subpar product that you ordered. It is literally on a slow boat from China.
I've got an even more frustrating experience with a Greenhouse order at the end of July last year that shipped from China and tracking information let me follow it (on three separate tries) but never made it to my door. First shipment was a mistake with 10 face masks but the other three attempts traveled across the World, made it to my city, then listed as undelivered. Have been back and forth for the last six months trying for a refund that I believe I'll never get.
