Looks like you have added a lizard to your ipm! I bet he eats a lot more bugs than a predator insect. cheers os
welcome along Heavn! I tried to be present in other threads, but I just have so much going on right now I’m sticking to keeping my own updated. hoping once everything settles down I can try to be a little more present everywhere else haha
oh yeah he sure would- but I haven’t seen anything besides the occasional fruit fly or house fly in the grow and that’s only when I open the door to check on things haha I sure hope he finds enough to eat if he plans on staying.
The regular desert lizards tan / black spots have been thick as can be running across the block walls, Had an extra large version with an orange / red back in veg shed a couple of mornings ago. Way to fast for me to catch a picture of him. BNW
Barely raised the lights two days ago and they’re already catching up again (First pic) now I’ve raised them another few inches. obviously got a couple runts, but the rest of the plants are aiming for the moon it seems. temps have been pretty good and consistent. I think I need more fans now haha- or a bigger one in the corner maybe. these little guys aren’t creating quite cutting it anymore- got four of the small white ones in here.
Lizard homie returned and Jesus these plants are going fast, I’m stoked, I’ve been having to raise the lights constantly!
In other news, shop move is going well. built an office, my first ever office. Will use it to print shipping labels, package knives to be shipped and respond to emails/edit the website/take photos of new knives available for sale. Also working on a welded up metal shed for forging on my loading dock attached to my shop. Added some photos of in progress work, haven’t taken enough photos, everything has been stories on my Instagram lately!
Raised the runts a bit with a mount of soil. Definitely helped a bit, visually the tops look brighter than when they were sinking below the netting line. Everything else literally won’t stop growing haha also top fed some bone meal to them all to help with flowering Did fish bone meal on the day of flip.
Thanks Brass! I was a bit worried for a bit with this run , but they finally settled into a happy state. Flowers are beginning to form now, also started germinating my outdoor summer grow seeds yesterday. 10 regular mazar, one feminized 3 auto white widow 1 feminized. Plan on putting both feminized seeds for sure into the raised bed shortly after they outgrow their first small quart /gallon pot.. will decide on first pot size shortly. Probably plan on running the autos in pots the whole way through and any of the regular mazar that turn out female in the raised bed... depending how the regular mazar seeds turn out (fem to male ratio) I may have a few in pots that I can finish flowering in the grow shed with the autos once this current run comes down in about 7-8 weeks
Well I’m glad I flipped when I did, I’ve only got an inch left on the lights to raise them, I think they’ve more or less slowed down... but realistically I don’t know.. I guess I’ll see in a couple days. Seems every two days they have reached the light again lmao.
Seeds germinated beautifully 100% success with auto white widow, fem white widow fem mazar and like 7/10 on the regular mazar, but I won’t be surprised if the others pop in the soil! also added proper photos for last post lol, added weird screenshots
Boom two big oscillating fans for the shed, air flow was lacking, weak branches- hopefully I’m not too late and won’t have to tie anything up to stop from drooping Oooh also - the soil is alive!!! Haha getting some awesome microbial action from their last top dressing!
Damn. Uploading photos from phone is a PITA... always mess up and lose half of them. Let’s try again.
Oh yeah....soil porn Im mostly caught up and enjoying the thread. The shed is pretty cool. Good looking plants!
Always a blast bringing visual life to your soil haha, it’s been a while since I have had soil this active, I’m stoked. Getting my bearings back again, and especially learning tons for my first “indoor” run I’ve turned my exhaust fan on more frequently as the humidity levels are a bit high, I’m hoping the two big fans and extra exhaust time should help bring those levels down a bit more. safe for now but late flower I don’t want any chance of bud rot
