  1. That is a good quote, very true.

  2. i use ratchets instead of the tin foil for my waterfall
tin foil hurts like a bltch

  3. Swallowing something and inhaling something can have very different effects on the body. Can you chew up and eat a bunch of stems? Yep. No effect at all. Can you smoke stems? Huge headache.

  4. 2nd this. +rep. good ideals.

  5. good point, and stoves are what 500 degrees?

a butane lighter is at \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t1,977degrees.. High enough temp for a combustion of make up?

    Aluminum has a apparent boiling point of Al 00933400 660.25 C (933.40 K)

List of elements by melting point - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Sooo it looks like a lighters flame burns at a more than high enough temperature to boil the Aluminum.

Thats all I have to say really, make a educated decision.

  6. metal air socket/wrench socket, metal mountian dew can and a screen from a sink or whatever, put a hole in the can and get the socket in there with a screen air tight, no plastic, no inhaling nasty shit, make sure the socket is cleaned to, works good, and hold it horizontal like a steam roller

  7. Damn there are a lot of retards...

  8. Humor me and elaborate.

because smoking from foil and using it to cook are two completely seperate things. smoking aluminum for long periods can cause alzheimers (sp?). edit* guess not

edit* i just read some stuff and is actually says that a butane lighter isn't hot enough to turn the aluminum to vapor and thats the harmful shit. i still will pass on the aluminum

  10. What Is Known About Aluminum Foil

Aluminum foil is very pure- in fact it is 99.9% pure, with the .1% being various residues from the manufacturing process that are burned off at low temperature and other impurities found within the material.

Humans contact aluminum from various sources throughout their everyday routines. Common uses for aluminum are: food (naturally occurring) & food additives, antacids & other pharmaceuticals, cooking utensils, soil, drinking water, air, and electronics.

Aluminum has a shiny and a dull side- there is no difference to the two sides, this is caused by the manufacturing of aluminum. The sheets are too thin to cut one at a time, so they cut two pieces at a time, causing a shiny and dull side.

Average human intake of aluminum is around 3grams (a little higher inCanada because the drinking water is treated with higher concentrations of aluminum).

Aluminum, at temperatures below melting point, does not give off gas or vapor.

    What Is Alzheimer's Disease?

Alzheimer's Disease is a progressive disease that affects the brain- causing mental deterioration, disorientation, depression, memory lapses.

When studies have been perform on patients with Alzheimer's Disease scientist have found that patients have high concentration (10-30 times the normal) of Aluminum in their systems.

Studies were conducted in order to find out if people who drink water with high concentrations of aluminum had a higher risk at developing Alzheimer's Disease. These studies did show there was an increased risk- HOWEVER, studies have been done where individuals drank water without being treated with aluminum and found the same risk of developing Alzheimer's.

These two test indicate that there may be genetic reasons why some individuals develop Alzheimer's.

Studies performed on patients have not found a common factor in the development of Alzheimer's Disease

Scientist do not know if Alzheimer's Disease causes higher concentrations of aluminum, or if it is caused by high concentrations of aluminum.

    Smoking Using Aluminum Foil

Most brands of aluminum foil (Renoyld's Wrap with the anti-stick coating and similar brands being the exception), are untreated and remain 99.9% aluminum (again with the .1% being residues and other agents in the manufacturing process)

In order to inhale aluminum it would have to be changed from a solid to a vapor. This requires a lot of heat. More heat than what it produced by a butane lighter. A butane lighter is not even capable of melting aluminum, if a lighter fails to melt the aluminum, it will not be able to change the aluminum into a vapor.

    Conclusion
Use the above to decide for yourself.

  11. Doing all the sources for my last post made me tired so Im not going to source this but I believe that Alzheimer brains show a higher rate of Aluminum deposits, but they are not sure if----

    1) Higher Rates of aluminum intake will cause Alzheimer's

    or

    2) A "side effect" of Alzheimer's is increased Aluminum.

BUT I do agree that you should never use Aluminum to smoke, due to my last post it seems that cooking is fine.

  12. actually i just found stuff that says a bic is hot enough to melt aluminum. aluminum's melting point is around 1200F. bics can burn up to 2000F so again i wouldn't smoke out of any metal.

  13. Read my last post on page 2.

  14. ok good point but just wana boast my own boat, can you please source Im pretty sure thats where i got my ----

"Aluminum, at temperatures below melting point, does not give off gas or vapor."

and just the respect to the author maybe? idk but yea about deposit parts

Same place. Once something is posted on the internet with no waiver requesting it not be copied, its free information. A quick google search will provide a link. I am perplexed about the temperature of a BIC and the temperature that Aluminium melts at.
We can agree that you cant melt aluminium with a lighter so I am confused by the numbers.

    also see this.

    Aluminum Foil:

  16. for some reason...that site gave me the heebegebies spelling on that

  17. Even if the aluminum isn't vaporizing/melting there is no question it is still giving off particles into your lungs. That's why it changes physical attributes.

Here's an experiment. Grab a piece of foil. Hold a lighter to it for 20 seconds. Smell air. That shitty smell = stuff coming off the aluminum. Why put it in your lungs? You wouldn't stay in a room full of burnt aluminum smell.

  18. how do u make a popper?

  19. how do you make a pooper

is how I read that :hello:

  20. a popper is like a bong but instead of a gauze holding your stuff in place you pack the tube with a bit of tobbacco and push your stuff on top making sure its not too tight and when you do it heat the weed with a lighter for a few secs suck slowly cream it up suck harder and harder till the remains of the tobacco and weed get sucked into the water into the 500ml bottle if done good it will spark and the better the spark the better the effect clear in one breathe out then suck again and hold it in instant mong then 5 mins later even more monged

when you do a v.good one sometimes youll have to lie down for a few it hits you that hard

theese use the least amouunt of weed than anything else and there very strong just make sure you change the water at least once a night they get quite dirty but there worth it ill post pics soon nd maybe a vis of me doing them cos they can be tricky to get to spark properly
