Tinfoil doesn't get hot enough to vaporize with any hand lighter, therefore there is no danger concerning inhalation of dangerous fumes. Anyone who tells you otherwise doesn't know what the fuck they're talking about.
obviously people here don't know what they are talking about a lot of metals when heated any amount release trace amounts of chemicals most of which VERY harmful to the brain. the more you heat it the more chemicals are released. people don't believe anything is damaging to them because they have been lied to about weed for so long. research metals exposed to heat. tinfoil is especially bad if you are using a butane lighter (crack torch) tinfoil does damage your lungs and does show indications of giving you Alzheimer's manufactures also put trace chemicals on the sheets of tinfoil so they do not stick together when removing from the package. that's why it has a shiny side and a slightly flat(not as shiny) side. plastic in any smoking devise is a terrible idea. plastic releases VERY poisonous fumes when heated. you can die from that shit if fumes are inhaled when it is burned, so why in the hell would getting it hot be a good idea (it isn't that difficult to just buy a fucking glass pipe)
I heard that using tin foil doesn't do any harm, but smoking out of a tin can does. My brother said smoking out of a can increases your risk of getting alzheimers by 8%. Sounds like a whole bunch of BS to me though.

fuck you. how about you do some research insted of saying that everything that you can smoke out of or with is completely unharmful to anything ever. GOD be realistic. even weed is very slightly harmful to your health, im not saying DARE is right or anything, but for people to say that it has no negitive conciquences of any kind are just kidding themselves.

Along time ago I used a tin foil screen on my bong, I clean my water after every use. So I smoked a bowl on the foil but then looked at my water it was yellow as piss. I figured it was chemicals from the foil so I said fuck that and just rolled a blunt. I won't use foil.
