After having multiple Illadelph's, I decided to try out the cheaper more sturdier looking version of the beakers which US Tubes produces for a way better price tag. I had one amazing sesh before noticing that the Stem would not come out of the piece and that there also seemed to be an air bubble that was getting bigger the more I looked at it. In a couple second the front part broke and the stem will still not come out. I tried getting help at the store I purchased it from but they told me to contact customer service. Having dealt with Illadelph customer service in the past, I really expected much better treatment from their partner company. The guy I was speaking to on the phone even criticized me for the way I pronounce the company name. So, now I'm stuck with a piece which is basically useless and less money in my pocket. Definitely will not be buying again in spite of their decent performance.
