For cost effectiveness, yes, but finding someone who has a consistant supply for me has proven tough, I'd rather pay the upped price until I grow myself or find myself a grower.
and in berkeley you got the Berkeley patients group, berk patients care collective, maricare and berk cannabis coop, you'll have lots of choice, and of course oakland and SF are only a few BART stops away where you'll have access to a dozen or so more. Green Cross in SF isn't terrible for cost effectiveness, a lot better than some other dispensaries, but you pay the for convenience over the dealer's cheaper prices. little bit of give and take i guess, I go through the same thing, dispensary in Sacramento 15 minutes from my house with 50 strains at 200-340/ounce or dealer 5 minutes down the street with 2 or 3 strains at 180 an ounce
you know it sometimes it's almost a pain in the ass going to the collective i go to...40-50 strains spread out between indica, hybrid and sativa...i just stare at the menu board for like 10 minutes before I can make a decision, and that's if i go in when I'm not high...if I burned one down on the way there then I ask to see pretty much every strain...
