I've had this for about three months now, and it's still running strong. Everything but the bowl is plastic. This is airtight with a diffused down-stem, double 4-arm percolators, and a monster carb. The hits are extremely smooth and It's almost impossible for me to clear this. It is sealed with hot glue and electrical tape.
That is pretty cool and creative man. I'd pick up some glass though because I think smoking with all that plastic and aluminum could hurt your body in the long run.
I have glass And it's not burning the plastic, the bowl is a thimble that is made from metal and is about an inch or more in length. It's just pushed down into the highlighter for an airtight seal.

3 months? You must not smoke much at all. Time to throw it away though, thats pretty gross having a 3 month old plastic bong. That's just me though...
Looks pretty clean to me, not super amounts of resin all over it, I have a feeling its been cleaned a few times haha. Sick homemade OP! I would imagine it must rip pretty nice, love to see what people can do with stuff lying around the house.
Nice design, I used to make this same design back in the day, but one tip...use smart water bottles. They create an airtight seal without the tape. Try pill bottles for the percs. I bet it hits smooth, some of the smoothest hits I've had, come from homemade just like this one. Keep on Tokin' on!
Yeah, I wouldn't smoke out of a plastic bong more than a week. I clean my glass after every session, but I couldn't imagine being able to clean everything if it was plastic. It does look clean though.
I smoke a lot lol, just not out of that. It's hard to bring it out because of how big it is and I always have people around. It's more of a special occasion bong. The out side bottles are smart water bottles. But I didn't have any more smart water bottles for the percs and I had like 10 coke cans in my room, so I was just like fuck it, I'll make this work. It hits really smooth, I can't even feel it really. This has actually never been cleaned lol I just never keep water in it.

yea I try and stay away from homemade pieces, but it's fun to come up with and smoke out of something new once in awhile...but this thing is pretty epic, i'd definitely give her a whirl
