i dont cut until 90-100% of the hairs are orange and i see at least 5% amber on calyxes. sugar leaf ambers much sooner. those will pack on quite a bit more weight over the next couple weeks and develop way more resin/terps. bud ready for harvest: That strain went either 12.5 or 13.5 weeks i cant remember exactly.
your plants were definitely not fed enough nutes. im on my 4th grow and finally have nutes figured out. organic soil with 1/3 additional perlite and i start feeding with the general hydroponics around week 6-8 at about 1/3 of what they recommend. I also top dress with dry organic amendments. my last grow looked down right terrible by the time it was ready for harvest, as will yours, but your buds will be great. last grow... a couple plants were healthy but most of them lost all of their fan leaves because they had to pull all the stored nutrients from them.
