I'm not trying to be rude, sir, but I would just like you to know that saying gauges is incorrect. These are called plugs, and then there's a hole in the middle that you can see through, they're called tunnels. "gauges" are what you see on your car's dashboard from the driver's seat. The more you know.
I greatly appreciate cannasaurus rex, haer and roaddog staying on topic. I haven't seen this much chatter since the end of the last thread. Keep it heady
Technically the practice of stretching your ears is called gauging, so therefore some people call them gauges, some call them plugs, neither one is incorrect.
Nice glass man! However you are incorrect. The word gauging is to measure something. To stretch is to...stretch or expand. Gauges and gauging are both incorrect. The terms are a result of popularity. Its nothing more than fad slang that has caught on the last 5 years or So. Ask any professional body piercer. Credibility: Me, professional body modification artist 10+ years. Those were some nice glass plugs though. Look to be around 1" somewhere.
^^^Please stop furthering this useless conversation in here. Edit: thank you for editing in that slide, I've no issue as long as there are pics lol
so semantics aside, gauges is also a known term for "plugs".. therefore, i may be wrong technically, but to the average person gauge is an acceptable term
You did the same thing on this same page...
I'm not sure what you're talking about; I was attempting to discourage the off topic discussion of plugs/gauges for the 3rd or 4th time while trying to stay on the topic of headiness. Unless you mean my repeated pics, which I can't do much about. I love your extreme rig.
Literally just made the exact same argument in another thread ._. weird. But I've actually been eyeing those plugs, I've just been broke. Lol
