Used some gorilla tape said it should non toxic but I don’t think I trust it too much especially with High temperature.. Is there a proper repair for the small crack in bottom of bowl ? Or just save for a new one ? I’ll eventually buy a new one just like broke , Is this thing safe to use ? Looks a little dirty , too It got damaged trying to scrape out resin but the metal thing was too strong broken edge Slider for a bong , cannot seem to get my honeycomb Perc clean underneath .. any help ?? Dude you can literally get a basic glass slide like that for $2-3 on wish. I looked it up there's one that's $2 for 14mm or $2.69 for 18mm. This is all including shipping. Never a reason or excuse to smoke out of anything sketchy these days.

Wish and dhgate sell super cheap stuff from China. And while yes there is crap that's sold, if it has solid reviews and you know what to look for you can find great deals like this. And a lot of stuff is actually pretty damn good quality. The deal I mentioned is straight up as is. The 14mm is actually "free" you just pay the 2 bucks for shipping. The thing is it's from China so you're looking at at least 2 weeks shipping to the states probably. Likely similar for most of Europe I'd think but idk.

Wish is pretty dope if you use it properly. And dhgate has killer deals on bongs. In my experience both have great customer service too. I sound like I'm shilling for them almost but its true. I ordered a bong on dhgate and it arrived broken, sent a pic and the seller sent out a new one that arrived perfect. No extra charge. On wish I ordered a couple switchblades and they were both defective although kinda worked and told support the truth and got a full refund both times. People hate on these cheap Chinese sites but in my experience they're pretty awesome.
Nice good service !! Yeah I didn’t even need that tape for the slider but can you soak it in rubbing alcohol? To clean it Could take weeks to get a new one with shipping ... if and when I see what’s cheap Preferably something more durable
Personally I wouldn't do it. With the chemicals and absorbing nature of tape and shit I think it'd make it worse if anything. I'd use a different piece in the time being. No piece then an apple or get a one hitter for a few bucks. Or get a cheap piece. Or roll it up.
So even without the tape the glass can absorb chemicals? Perhaps due to the breakage ? How many weeks does a wish order take to ship ??
Ouch wonder if Coronavirus is slowing down shipping . Looks like my bowl slider is fubar , it’s cheaper to replace then buy any non toxic epoxy or binding agent and those could still be dangerous if heated to hot Odds are it would break again
I'm just saying I wouldn't smoke with tape on it because at that point it's not glass on glass the tape is part of the smoke path which isn't good. How long depends it will tell you when you buy it. Might be longer than usual with Corona
Man, i remember the first bowl I shattered. I taped it up and all that shit too, just buy a new one. Trust me when I bought a fresh new bowl it was nice to be able to pick one out.

Dude you still haven't order one yet? I gave u two cheap options. If you want to spend more and maybe get something that's a bit better there's plenty of other choices too. At the end of the day it's just a bowl piece it's not like you're buying a bong, they pretty much all do the same thing and won't break unless you drop them or something.
I can’t find the slider in this thread someone must had thrown it away (not me) or it broke . Not sure why I was so afraid of those sites I may try them at some point as high as prices seem to get. I had a bowl piece just split in half . Any ideas for a cheap replacement? It was my largest bowl just broke for no reason not dropped or anything.
