Sisyphus Gardens

A creeping chill is beginning to form on the back of my neck.

 

Ouch!

 

That's the plan; have samples in the freezer going back to 2016.

 

What has always seemed curious to me is that as the oldest written medicinal use of the herb, Chinese manuscripts focus on male plants. Were they unappreciative of the psychoactive properties or simply bound by cultural constraints of a male dominated society?

 

Daily spritz of diluted apple cider vinegar throws off the scent a bit; when harvest approaches I'll go plain water for a week or so and have an impression to offer.

 

This heroic rebirth gives hope for the third incarnation of another less than stellar effort.

 

Next in line is on its third time around.
