Just showin you guys the glass bong I made today I got the vase from a Value Village thrift store for 1.99, so just proving its easy to make a glass bong for under $3 haha, the downstem is just a pen though, couldn't find anthing else to use, Bowl is a socket and works awesome except it gets really hot sometimes lol. The whole stem slides out when your ready to clear it and it hits pretty hard being the small size it is. I used a ceramic drill bit to drill the hole for the stem VERY carefully lol. Whole thing took me about an hour to make, mostly the drilling took the longest. So ya just showin you guys haha what do ya think?
looks cool, does the weed fall through the downstem though, 'cause I have a socket/pen downstem and the bud sometimes falls through the socket/pen and into the water.
I have a strainer peice that I bought from a dollar store that i cut little circles out of and shove it into the socket, it works as a screen and works perfectly

nice homemade! i have a similar one, homemade, all glass precooler and ice pinches. I used a glass funnel for my bowl/stem. They are made for sience experiments and are VERY durable glass. I would think yuo could order one online or find one in a science experiment sorta store. However you have to break the downstem down to the desired length and maybe sand it smooth it u wanna. Then u have to break most of the funnel shape off so it is a bowl, look into how to cut glass. I used a dremel tool to weaken the glass around where i wanted it to break and it broke almost perfectly. You Definetly need to practice on beer bottles first tho.
or u could save yourself all the trouble and buy a glass slide.... course youd have to be 18 to do that haha kids these days.
what happened to the spirit of "homemade"? cant just add a not "homemade" piece to a homade piece otherwise it would only be partly homemade.
Nice bong Homemade is the way to go don't waste your money on bongs from the local pawn shops u can make just as good of one at home
lol i would but i dont really want to re-attempt to drill a bigger hole because i know the slide will be bigger than a pen lol, i will if i make another homemade though
