Looking for a new glass bong. Some of these things look like a nightmare to keep clean. I have a simple 10" glass bubble bong. Some alcohol and kosher salt, shake shake shake and I'm good. These with the ice holder and intricate tubing just look like trouble. Are they are difficult as I think to clean?

Use this I use it twice a week. Fill the bong and let it sit in it for 10-30min pour back into the bottle for re use rinse and smoke.... my original two bottles are a year old and still cleaning them.... no shitty after taste, no harsh ass smells AND! I have YET to scrub any bong no matter how flipping dirty or intricate.....
16 arm shower perc, ice catch, 12 hole inline diffuser. All I have used for cleaning is coarse cooking salt, iso 90%. Every couple of months I run some calcium, lime, and rust remover through it. I've had this beast for 9 years and I can still get it looking like the day I bought it. Today's Forcast... Partly Cloudy With A Chance Of Amber.
I have been through a lot of glass! I have found the simple ones work the best and easy to maintain. Artist pieces look cool but don't work as well and yes can be a pain in the ass to clean. Look to make sure the perc is connected to the outer glass for support I’ve broken them shaking to clean with salt and alcohol.
