Credit for the idea goes to who ever made one outta plastic, cant remember who it was, But if you see this, ill give you credit!! The tape is only there to prevent you from cutting yourself on the edge of the bottle. enjoy

Nah it's an inverted showerhead to disc perc bong. Hard to see but there are slits at the bottom of that blue thing. The video of the original plastic one i made would show you how it works. you could see it here
