i really really want it, but theres no way i can afford it. i can only pay 300 tops for a piece and thats pushing it. i only make 150 a wk. this isnt a car, im not going to save for months for it. but that makes me really sad, ive been wanting a bong like this with my username for years. i love this place. it bothers me that some rich kid from cali that only been here a few months will be able to get one and i cant. oh idk, thats life. i gotta think on this one.

My two cents? The Tokecity Piece is obviously quality, But to me, the graphics are a bit cartoonish. I would like to see something a little more classic RooR. perhaps an overall classic beaker we know and love with a few key embellishments, as well as a unique downstem? Personally, I'm a fan of ice notches as well. I realize this isn't a wishlist thread, but Basically, for 600 clams, i'd be expecting something classy as well as an accessory or two Whatever it comes out looking like, I know I'll be pleased. This community can do no wrong in my eyes. P.S. when considering accessories Skip the Carbon filter and throw in an Oil Dome and i'm sold.
why would YOU get one of these tubes, you've been here all of 2 months if that and made a solid one post. not trying to be a dick but i dont think "grasscity" means to much to you. why dont you just save some money and get a regular roor and a dome?

because why would his username as of october 2010 be significant, or if there is going to be only 50 and no more, personally i dont think mister one poster should get to have one over someone who has been here for 4,5,6+ years and is a contributing member to the forums, regardless of how long you've been "viewing". just my "2 cents"
I would assume members that have been here longer would get priority, I think we are misunderstanding eachother. No one other than you has mentioned the 50 limit being the problem, everyone else is just stating that no one with a low post count/join date should get one.
I'm not bitching or ahything, but the low post count/member join date should be irrelevant. I see that they are special edition, all numbered and pertain to a certain site..But if someone's will to drop over 500$ on a piece of glass, I think they should be able to. I sure hope if there going to, espicially the site/nature of the site, they will come back..lol

I know I'm not a "high statues member" by no means, but I would like one. I don't think a person not into the site, or someone who dosen't wish to remain here, would buy one. I have a low post count, yes, but I am will to drop in excess of $500 for a glass piece with attachments to a very nice site.
my personal friends know that im a member of grasscity. and that im thousands of posts deep. they dont know grasscity like the regulars here. massive difference
Well, Sorry guys. I can only assume from the response to my opinions that you guys take seniority here pretty seriously. Because of this, I will not be purchasing the limited edition RooR so that those who are exponentially more dedicated than I may own one. I hope everyone reading understands i did not intend to infringe on anyone's privileges, or seniority. I simply chose an interesting topic for my first post and offered up an opinion. I see now that apparently i had no business voicing said opinion, even as a patron of the grasscity storefront. Again, I'm in no way trying to argue with those who voiced concerns, as i see that they are somewhat valid ones. I hope to see you all on the forums as, for the most part, You seem like a pretty chill group.
yes it was directed a little towards you but not completely, i was talking to a group as a whole. i just think its silly im not saying people shouldnt buy them, but it wouldnt have the same sentimental value as would other people
