Can someone help me out with this roor? Need to know if it's legit or not. Was purchased from an authorized roor store, but who knows now adays right? legit? yay? nay?
from what knowledge I have. From the pics it does not look like a .de so it shouldnt have the umlaut(2 dots) because Ive heard its tradmarked only by Martin but i could be wrong

Roor glass blowers look at this and just fuckn laugh. its almost sad to see people making soo many fakes. I kinda understand why Martin cut Roor .US .....damnit that diffy is just as fake. Still does the job though

I really can't tell if my roor is a fake or merely a roor USA, from all that i've read I think it's legit, but there are some really good fakes kick'n around out there could anyone tell me if this is a real roor USA or just a fake?
I've seen that sig on fakes before. The rod used is super cheap... you can see right through it. The lip looks warped. The pinches actually aren't that bad. I've seen some like it on ROOR 3.2s. And like someone already said, that joint weld is awful. Looks like it has a crack all the way around.

ive already put my tube up in here and i got a short and brief answer from sensi saying from what he could tell it was legit and most likely second hand. which was pheasible because the lady at the lhs blatently told me she had picked up her four roors from some guy who just had them. she hasnt gotten any since. i think she bought a guys collection for him and his gf cus it was 2 18" 50mm beakers and 2 12-14" straight tubes. the beakers had the same sigs in different logo matching colors and the straight had two different sigs. none of the sigs were the oh so notorious fake ones so i bought my 5mmx50mm 18" black label beaker i have a video now on youtube and id like to repost it with my previous pictures to get some more feedback. however i cant for my fucking life figure out how to embed a youtube video in my post could someone please help me with this?
Copy the link from the URL bar... make sure it's the original video link... not some linkback or something. It should end in "watch".... and a bunch of letters, numbers and symbols... like this. "http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-Sd-j0rKeKw" After that just click the globe/link button and paste it there. If you want to give it your own title. Highlight some text before you click the globe. Like... "ROOR Video"... highlight that, click the globe, and paste the video link there. Voilà !
Mine kind of looks fake i guess... it was a gift and it still hits nicely... and its still 7mm thick. LOgo looks smaller and the bottom R looks odd too.. someone can verify this?
