Get a Boost Bong, those things are very tough and way cheaper, put a nice diffused downstem in it. Will perform as well as a roor and be just as durable, possibly more.

  3. sounds like you are an advertisment landonwk3

  4. This is so useful. it would suck to have a fake roor. i hate it when you go into a shop and they try to tell you fake information or they do not know what you are talking about.

First time poster.  I just received a Roor Little Sista 7mm "Mirage" from grasscity.  Is this real or fake?

Mainly, I got worried when I saw the "signature".  It doesn't have any of the squiggles I normally see in this thread.  Instead, it consists of dots arranged in a shallow "S" formation.

600-something USD, as it's listed at the site I mentioned. I hit out of it last night for the first time. Milks like nothing I've had before and completely kicked my ass! The draw and subsequent clear was so smooth, I had no idea what happened until it was too late. Had me coughing for a good 10-15 minutes.

It was expensive, but I have no regrets whatsoever :)

So I guess not all signatures have the squiggle, huh?

  12. Not all, It is more up to the blower to what kind of sig he uses. My lil sista just has a blue dot right above the joint.  I also bought mine back in 01 an still going strong. Using it right now in fact. Enjoy that Piece it is very nice an will last you a lifetime if treated right.

  13. Ok you just gave away tips to all the people that want to make fake roors lol.

  14. This thread seems to be evidence enough that faking a Roor involves more than just getting a plausible signature in place.  The craftsmanship on my piece (pictures above) is so exact that I think it takes a certain virtuosity to pull off.  If you have craftsmen that are THAT good, they might as well start their own brand rather than go the imitation route.

  15. Exactly peppersnail. If they were already making bongs of RooR quality  making a fake wouldn't benefit them in anyway.

  18. That looks like a fake due to the angle of the joint.
