Hmm, I'm picking up what you're putting down. That holds some truth to the situation. From the shops I've seen with non legitimate Roors, some say they get them from "a guy" who gets it from Roor, idk whether or not that "guy" source is entirely true but I can see how a headshop can get tricked into getting fakes. I guess if the case of hunting for good glass is to only go to the most reputable shops across the country. Still, I feel that finding a legitimate roor in most headshops is next to impossible, but that's just my thought; then again I can't say I've been in most headshops, that'd be kinda ridiculous.
Ya, nobody can make an educated guess on the exact numbers, but I'd say "a lot" of these headshops selling fake roors thought they were real when they bought them. Like I said these traveling salesmen go around selling the things, and they certainly don't disclose the fact that they are fake. In the end it's the consumer's responsibility, and this thread is fairly helpful in educating them. Oh wow, I never knew that existed. That's definitely a great source to browse when looking for glass assuming they're all reputable. Happy to see some of the stores listed in there where I've been in the New York area.
That directory doesn't get updated often. Just for Michigan they list some outdated info on 42 and they listed a shop that sells ROOR fakes around the corner.
Word, That's some bullshit, fakes getting popular. I don't really believe in Roors(.de) in headshops in America anymore(close minded maybe?). Despite what someone may say I just feel like they're slim to non floating around that's for sale.

Nah man they are around, just hard to find and usually way more expensive than Roor.us. From the shops i have seen with them, they are marked up like 25% to make up for shipping costs, so definitely not worth it imo but great if you don't know about edit.
In all honesty, if I ever own a German it will be because I went to Germany or Amsterdam to get it. The coolest ones I've seen have been custom ordered. That's what I'm all about. No sense in dropping duckets on a sick German tube that can't look how I want it too. Besides I'd take a US Kustom over a German prodo tube. I did in fact... check the sig
Roor.de tubes set the bar for quality. There is no arguments at all. Roor.us tubes look cooler but if all you want is a tube made to the highest quality then the Germans win.
Thank you Captain Obvious. You can't just make the blanket statement that .us tubes look cooler though. There are .de tubes that shit on everything .us ever thought of. All I was saying was that cookie cutter prodo tubes are less attractive to me than custom ones... regardless of which country they originated in.

I was just wondering. To avoid having to go in and inspecting every piece at a headshop. Can Roor be purchased and shipped to the USA via mail.

If it has the ice notches percs, and the diffuser it should be a legit good quality bong, maybe not the actually RooR brand, but def some high quality
