Bought this for $50 CAD from a convenience store lol so not expecting anything but the guy who sold it to me said it was legit.
I dunno, could be an older american one. The newer american roors all have roor-tech logos. It's definitely not german, but it might be a legit american one. I can usually tell a german roor from an american or a knock off easily (the german sigs are not easily imitated due to the quality of them) but I have a much harder time trying to distinguish american roor vs fakes.
I'm pretty sure that sigs are only found on 5mm and up thickness glass for the german tubes. All the lil sis and I think all the 3.2mm tubes have a dot. i think I've seen sigs on zumos but I saw it on a custom one, don't know if they usually put sigs on those.

Yeah I know my Tech is real, I purchased it from a very reputable authorized RooR seller, I was just showing it off. The perc is a 4 arm lean back, which is why it may look a little "janky"...
