Now in the pics I posted on the previous page, it is a gold and black Roor, gold ice notches (Im a huge Penguins fan (NHL), so this looked amazing to me). The piece I received was not the same color scheme but was the same exact styling, just blown by a different artist. I was so shocked this piece was legitimate that I don't even care. I went into this with this mindset: a) if its fake I will send it right back and get a full refund, worth the shot if it's real (and it is) b) sps has a return policy so i was not worried, if they somehow did give me crap I would have taken it up with my credit card company. c) I will be shocked if I receive what is in the pictures. (though I got dif color notches and crown, IDC!) I did receive exactly what I saw in the pictures. Here are the pics

I just used it 5 minutes ago. Upload to photobucket, click on generate tags, use the tags. Or you can upload to the GC server and make a click-able thumbnail so the picture doesn't stretch the forum layout.

Thanks man! Yeah I wouldn't post it unless I was 100% confident about it's authenticity. This is my 4th RooR and this one is German. I love how heavy it is. It looks great but it feels even better when I hold it / and hit it. 5mm throughout including the base. I've owned 2 green label regular straight tubes that were 3.2 and this one feels 10x better.

What is sketchy about that joint? It looks like a thick joint and the weld looks pretty damn clean. I'm no expert but that thing looks real to me
idk i was convinced it was real until i saw the sig and the ice pinches. I've looked down many roor tubes and none of the ice pinches were ever like that. they're kinda off. and thats on of the famous fake sig's
Only thing that seems strange to me is the price and that is a still a german made roor when every other site just a basic 5MM tube starts at closer to 300 and adding diffused downstems and crown mouth piece an bowls puts it at closer to 500-600$ I don't get how that site can order them from Germany and still be charging that low of a price. The bore size looks smaller than other roors I've seen.
Everything you just said is the reason I came to this site in the first place. I know what to look for. I have had Roor since 2005. All have been real, I know what I'm doing. I came here because it seemed like such a crazy deal. It hits nice and quick like a Roor (don't know how to describe it, a Roor straight hits faster than other straight tubes ice hit/ owned in the past). You can see and feel the quality. There's no shitty weld. It's seemless throughout. C'mon, they really are going to make a perfect Roor that isn't? No, other fakes are out there and look like shit. I highly doubt ppl woulda make mine this high quality and then try to cover up its not actually Roor. Like look at the diffuser and bowl piece. All very Roor. Not just cause it says it on it. The size and shapes (example, the diffuser is 14-->18, between there is a sort of bubble between there, classic Roor styling. Ever think they could have snatched up a batch of kustoms when US Roor was going out, or they scooped up some at a cheaper price because they bought a lot of them. That's what I think. I didn't post pix to get reinforcement. Just like I didn't post pix to here 'thecanadian's 2 cents about it. He has even negative the whole time. A troll at best. Doesn't have any solid backings just comes in and says one word. Give me a break The proof is in the pictures.
@thecanadian It's really unfortunate you can't be happy for someone else, when, you are selectively coming onto this forum. That's pretty sad man. Hey guess what? As you can see from the pix. Now that I have overcome the 2 things you kept nagging about, and posted high def pix, you still are a tool about it. What a shock! Also congrats on being the first Canadian I don't like. That takes skill as most are very nice. This Roor isn't even the best Roor I have ever owned ( 20 inch orange label beaker with perc/ splash guard/ ice notches). It's not the best piece I have ever owned, but it it's effing solid through and though and I love it. Probably my second favorite piece due to the custom features. So now that I told you it's not my favorite piece @'the Canadian', are you still hung up on trying to shoot me down? Keep trying bud. You're pathetic

Can't really avoid people posting their opinions here, if you don't wanna see it just ignore the guy. Now that i'm on a desktop and can see bigger pics, I feel like he has valid reasoning for thinking it's not real. The weld does look a little off, and the pinches are a little weird. I'm no expert on the sigs though. spswholesale isn't on the roor.de list of authorized dealers. and they have a bunch of china on their site. I'm starting to lean towards agreeing with the canadian.
calm down guys, he's an expert. So he knows what's good and he likes the piece and that's all that matters. I think it's freaking sick regardless.
