Regarding Homemade Dome Perc.

    I dont get how it works can someone explain to me? i see the smoke comes through a hole and through the water but why doesnt the water drain out the hole?


    can someone draw on paint or some sort of diagram for me?[​IMG]

    There should be a tube going up into the dome perc bottle.
    Look at my shitty Paint Sketch for the general idea.

    thats what i attempted to draw, but if you put holes into the tube going up wont the water drain out?

    There are no holes in the tube itself. There are holes in the bottom of the dome over the tube, which are underwater. The hole at the top of the tube is over the water, so the only way for the smoke to escape is to go under water and through the holes.

    Here is a closer look at the dome.
    The gray arrows repersent the smoke.

    Look closely.

    why not just save money and not smoke weed for a bit so you can buy a nice glass piece :confused:
