    get a circle ov friends and you pass the joint, so the first person takes a toke and holds it in then passes to next person then he takes a toke then passes it on and so on, then you can only blow out ur hit when the joint gets back to you

    its fun to play but you nearly pass out from no oxygen if a lot of people playing lol
