Please let me know what is going on with my order.

  1. Hi. I ordered an almost $400 Roor on April 2nd. On Friday April 9th I received an email saying that it has been shipped however when I go to “trackyourparcel.eu” and enter the tracking number it just states that it is “ready to be shipped”. I am confused and would appreciate a little clarity as to whether or not it has been shipped or not. You all have amazing products and I would love to become your regular customer. I almost ordered two more Roors from you all yesterday however I decided to wait until I get more clear info on this current one that I’ve already paid for. Please please please help me with this situation! Thank you! I hope you all are Having a great day today!
