Well this thread oozes epicry. While I am not in a professional position to be able to critique glasswork, My personal opinion is that Boxfan is completely correct. Just looking at a picture of the Jet Flash you can see that it is not even close to a quality piece. Its a complete ripoff of the Helix and doesn't even deserve to be in the same category. It looks like gimmicky shit that I could have bought from walmart. edit: that being said, the op is correct that he has every right to buy it.
Well yeah but when you're coming from the OP's point I dont think he wasn't really looking to spend that much. Considering the Helix is just as gimmicky in the sense that it does the same damn thing the Jet Flash does. I just wanted to know if in reality it really feels alot less quality then the Helix. I was hoping for the OP's personal experience.
Buy American and support your local glass worker. I could care less about the helix/jet whatever debate never tried either. Keep your money within the economy whenever you can and help someone here stateside who has a small business feed their families. Spending money on cheap gumball machine products is partly the reason we are in the economic mess we are in.
I've ordered the jet flash, I would have gotten the Helix if it had the second GonG joint so you can use the chillum/other ash catchers/vape wands with it. The Jet-Flash may be a ripoff but it sure has a better bubbler portion.
Cheaper too! Yes, the jet flash is much more inferier quaility. but if you are carfull, it won't break and you will still enjoy the smoke without burning a hole in your pocket
