new ice bubbler, glass and metal

Discussion in 'DIY and Homemade' started by LedRobster, Oct 1, 2012.

  1. Mine and DARKKNT420's new homemade piece! I used a glass bottle for the bowl, and a metal zebra pen as a stem, the chamber is a 1 pint mason jar, and the mouth piece is a pen. Fits ANY ice cubes, is air tight, and hits like a champ ;D. Tell me what you think!

  2. Did you break a glass bottle and use the neck as a bowl? Because if so, that is fucking brilliant.

Yeah man I did and it works great, I'm glad you like it. An easy way to get a good break on the bottle is to rotate it over a flame keeping the flame where you want the break, and then dunking it in ice water when it's really hot.

For sure man it's awesome :bongin:! But yeah I saw something where you dip a cotton loop the size of the spot you want to break in nail polish remover, and light it constantly rotating it so it burns evenly. After it burns out you dunk it in cold water and it makes a clean break were the loop is. Pretty cool but I've never tried it. Anyways glad to see you had success!

We actually tried that but we didnt have much success. But it looks great anyways. We actually filed it down to where it wasnt that sharp. So even though its not a clean cut it works amazingly.
