    Wasnt really hard, just took awhile.
    Took a cap, drilled 9 holes in a around it in a circle.
    Then i had to slightly widen each hole cause they were to small, then basically shoved the straws in, cut off the excess ends of the straws, then put diffuser slits in it. Oh ya, and then seal it all up with a shit ton of Hot Glue.

    yeah lol. i made a plastic perc once, but it was plastic so i threw it out, plastic sucks man.

    That's a crazy bong, but i just can't stand tasting plastic to any degree when im smoking, i like glass :)
