Hello, I recently was able to save enough money to get a bong and I can’t decide if I should get a straight tube with percolators, or a simple straight tube with a downstem diffuser. What do you think would be better?

a lot of it is personal choice but I would suggest the second or third option. Since you are going to be smoking flower I will give you a couple suggestions on what to look for in general when buying a bong to smoke flower. First thing you want is a large opening for the mouth piece. Extra benefit of this is you can put ice cubes to cool down smoke. The other main thing to look for is a good percolator the more per a the longer the smoke has to cool down. ( I personally don’t like too much perc because it makes them harder to clean and make the pull on the bong more resistant) I hope this helps brother I would say that either of those options you have would be a fine piece to your collection
After looking at the prices on that website I would probably try to find a local head shop or another place to get the bong. They seem high priced to me but it’s probably because they are a name brand.
What would you prefer, a straight tube or a beaker. I’ve been having a hard time deciding and can’t seem to find which one is better because all the answers seem to be mixed. It’s a really hard choice for me between those 2 bongs in particular because they are both equally as good for what your looking for. I will give you my 2 cents on each and you can make the choice that best suits you based off that. You can never go wrong with the straight beaker it has a lot of room for ice in the neck, it’s a simple functional won’t let ya down kind of bong. Also it is one of the easiest bongs to clean. with the arm tree beaker it has an additional percolator so it will have more of a chug when smoke, or in other words more resistance on your pull. With that also comes a more filtered and smoother hit. I guess after explaining it I would rather smoke out of the arm tree beaker. Because I know how laxed I am on cleaning my own pieces though I would buy the straight beaker just for ease of cleaning.
