Hello, I ordered a limited edition glass city piece and really need to know if you guys are even going to ship it. I ordered this on Monday and have reached out on instagram, sent in a ticket, and more but you guys don't seem to respond. I used the last of my money to get this piece that was calling my name. However, I might need to cancel my order 6000072294 if you guys don't answer today.
Oh and by the way, it's coming from Europe, so it could take a few weeks to get there after it ships.
You sound like a child when you said " I might need to cancel my order 6000072294 if you guys don't answer today." It was almost as if you was trying to use your purchase as leverage on them to get a reply.. you ordered your bong Monday it's only Thursday unless you paid for special delivery don't expect it to arrive the same week especially with what's going on in the world. & If you live outside of where the shop is located it'll take longer then if you purchased something in the same place as you live.
