You should just pull out the slide when you rip it, not the whole ash catcher. But cool video, that little glass bastard looks like it rips pretty good for such an unconventional design. And give credit where credit is due, whats the name of the artist playing in the back?

Yeah I pull the catcher out, otherwise sometimes you get too much suction lifting the bowl, and you lose water (dirty, and ash) into the main chamber... defeating the purpose of it really, :S. So yeah, sometime's I'll lift the bowl to quickly clear the catcher then lift it out. Yeah Bliss n Eso, that's off their first album 'Flowers in the pavement'. Dunno where to find it...
How do you like that AC? I was thinking about picking one up cuz it's on gc for cheap and it's an inline and I'm strapped for money. Was gonna fit one on my medicali. does it have any problems?
Well, take my opinion for what it's worth, this is the first inline I've used. I'vetried to make home mades of every smoking device, but never made an inline. Can definintely tell a BIG difference hitting it with and without. It smoothes the hit out SO much it's incredible. So, there ARE problems, for your $22, as expected. Firstly, it's tiny. The inline pipe only has 3 holes in it. The water needs changing every... maybe 5 hits. The worst part tho, is the splash guard is way to small, so it's VERY easy to suck water into the main chamber, and empty the catcher till there's not enough water covering the horizonal pipe. With the Mad Scientist, you barely need to suck, and you can monitor the splash guard, but with a bigger bong and more force, you'd easily all but empty it in one hit. It is what it is. A small, effective (to a point), $22 inline ash catcher. It's designed to fit the Mad Scientist, so that's the size you're looking at. 40cm - 45cm, and it fits in an 18.8 joint. Hope that helped!
So is the inline 14 or 18? Wouldn't mind ordering one as a spare for my mgw if it will fit...Tube has 18 joints, could always pick up an adapter if it is 14
Haha, scientists are dead. One arrived cracked, second died with a bump on the table from like 5 inches off. Bad deisgn, big heavy weak point. I'll have to get some more vids on that profile soon.

Haha really? Got a link? I lost a lot of those. Me ex actually burnt one in a fire if you can believe that... Yeah, scientist... not good. Was ok without the perc, but defeats the purpose. Eventually I ordered a 3 arm weedstar perc to drop in.... but it was too big!!! Neck was too narrow. Ended up snapping one of the arms off and patching the hole, so I had a 2 arm perc... hahaha. Worked better than the shitty tiny holed perc it came with! I MIGHT get a WS Mad Professor... MAYBE. But that'd mainly be to humor the gimmick if I get a Mahoney Reperc, so I can swap percs... haha.
