Scroll through thread for pics after building!! Hey after breaking my bong a few weeks ago, I have been stranded to using water bottle bongs. I decided I mine as well make it a little better until I can get a new piece. Anyway today in shop, (I am waaay ahead of the class) I hopped onto Sketchup and made a quick design. Here are some pics of it, I was wondering if you think it will work, and if my materials are safe for it. Bottle = 20oz Pop bottle Stem = Pen tube Bowl = 3/16 socket Percolator = PVC Pipe Tube = Another pen tube Plate (waterproof) = Piece of plastic from the side of a 2 liter pop bottle All seals are with Silicone All stress points are held with Hot Glue Do you think parts like the pvc are in danger from the heat? Or will it be cool enough before it reaches it? The first is the regular view, second is an x-ray of it, and third is a closeup of the percolator. Thanks for any help guys, I really appreciate it!
Looks excellent bro. Better design that what ive got. I sorta made it up as i went along In my opinion you should definitely add another bottle to extend its length & smoke holding capacity. I cut the top off of another bottle and stuck it into the bottom bottle. i then recycled the top of the bottle that i cut off by using it as a mouthpiece. (the shape just fit perfectly so i taped it for a good seal)
I use Pom Wonderful bottles, just had a thread about it last night check it out. It has an action shot just a little down the thread. Ik I want to get one of those tall and skinny bottles but they are hard to find around here xp. Whatever I do it has to fit in my computer case ;p COMPUTER LINK HERE

You know if that glue and plastic is even safe to smoke through? Don't wanna end up inhaling cancerous vapor.
I assumed it would not end up hot enough after first water, and especially not the second. I think abs at about 105*c... though idk about pvc... or even if the other parts are abs... Anyway, the hit is good,, for a waterbottle bong. Still doesnt compare to a good glass bong, it is a great bottle bong. I have pics and a video of its first hit i will upload soon lol. peace blades!
