It's what we have in Australia instead of glass sliders. The stems come in 2 sizes and are $5 each and have 3 sizes of fitted cones for them that are $3 - $4 each. www.offyatree.com.au Look in their online store, you'll see the stems we have available. Basically, I wish I could go into a shop and buy a diffused glass slider when I wanted it... but that's just kind of illegal here, and it sucks.

I need to find a cone/stem like that! They're perfect to wip up a quick bong and just throw the bottle away when your done. You get those off the net?

the stem or slide is the hardest part, best thing to do is get a cheap bong and steal the slide or stem thats what i did. the biggest most important thing is how air tight each chamber and hose is!
very true. This is the thing that drives me insane. You NEED air tight seals. The grommets are good, but if you muss the hole up, they dont fit properly and you get an air leak. It's even worse is with percs and stuff, because if you get those wrong they leak.
best thing to do, is use a combo of electrical tape and duct tape and check each new hole u make to check and make sure its air tight! use smaller easy to manipulate pieces of tape!

u can also go to most hardware stores or automotive stores and pickup o-rings and they come in a million sizes so u can get what u want
