Hey yall, just joined this place just now (after being redirected here from Google a lot when i search for some bong help). I've been making some homemade bongs and I wanted to share em with you guys and wanted to see what yall thought of em. Here is my 1st homemade bong: [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PQV53vwJusk"]YouTube - Version 1[/ame] Sadly, this one melted :'( The guy holding the lighter up to it held it there for like a whole minute. My current bong, in its first stage: [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=okxI5-aPD4Q&NR=1"]YouTube - Version 2[/ame] My current bong, in its second stage: [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XBKaHE-N3Go"]YouTube - Version 3[/ame] And finally, my current bong in its current stage: [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3BJBgkfCtVY"]YouTube - Version 4[/ame] I also made a pipe out of copper tubing. I cut it at a 45 degree angle and soldered it together, then made an aluminum bowl and wrapped the whole thing in black hockey tape. This thing hits like a champ. I'm also working on a new bong now. I had this sheet of acrylic/plexiglass lying around, so I took an old copper&tin heatsink and made a case around it. My next step is to make a perc and then maybe add a light show to it. I'll get that up on youtube as soon as I finish it. Anyways, tell me what yall think.
its the classic tin foil... but im gonna turn that into a real bowl like i did on version 4 of my current bong. it uses a metal piece.

ok lemme explain that last one: It has a main body that has a computer heatsink in it (for added cooling). That main body is also a water chamber thing. Off to the bottom side of it is a second water chamber, with the bowl mounted and hanging on the top. (There's an obvious problem with this though, and I'm fixing it) The half-circle opened dome thing is where the water is poured in. And finally, the top chamber is a perc and you inhale from the top of that chamber. I'm going to be adding a flexible tube to the perc chamber, so you can place the bong wherever (it's big and bulky) and smoke leisurely.

Haha thanks man! This just in: I finished remaking it and I fixed what was wrong. I'll take another video of it and post it on here later. This bitch is hard to make 100% water-tight. NO matter how much i try, one of the corners is always a little damp :/ oh well, it still keeps in all the smoke and water during use.
I shot a shitty one yesterday, but after I went back and watched the video, my arm was in the way. It wasn't the best hit either, my lighter went out right after I light it. I'm going to shoot a demo video for the updated and fixed Heatsink bong. I need to have a name for it, too. Maybe yall can help out with that.

dude, these are fucking tight. when i was younger i was always making homemade bongs...but the shitty water bottle type. yours are looking super nice and very complicated looking haha keep making them man...you will eventually perfect them
Haha thanks man. I put quite a bit of time and effort into making this thing. I've even had a guy on youtube say, and I quote, "fucking nice dude, you should make some and sell them, im sure someone would wantt that, i know i would". I'd totally love to make/design these for a living.
yeah man. there really creative...and although im sure something like this has been made...urs are very original, and ive never seen anything close to like it props man
