Just getting my last thing i need anyway this is why i'm going to use the lid off this for the bowl : stem: just the outside of a regular pen. No glue or anything involved (so i can take apart wash store etc) I'm also going to cut abit near the bottom of the glass bottle to make a mini mini bong ( can i just use a normall steel drillbit?)
No money in bank to buy online but not going to bank in ages, plus i already have these items edit: before you ask why i'm not going is because i'm 2 hour drive from my nearest one (live in the middle of no where)
Hmmmmm, well then I would take a small 2x4 and drill it into a damn pipe then because wood has to better than metal and plastic. I've done it before but it was awkward to smoke out of and tasted like burnt wood :/ Correct me if i'm wrong.
Are you kidding me? Wood is pressure treated and weather resistant these days, there are TONS of poisonous chemicals....
uhhhhmmmm. no pen tube, no plastic cub thing. and if ur gunna go drilling a hole in that glass just go ahead and ditch your whole idea. go buy a carbide drill bit from loews for like 5-10 bucks, go buy a glass vase from homegoods or tj max for 5-10 bucks and go to your LHS and get a glass downstem/bowl for 5-10bucks for a basic one. and make a nice one that will last and will keep the quality of your smoke, not kill the quality of your smoke
The lid you're planning on using is very thin metal and the heat will end up melting the pen tube which could result in some fumes that you don't want to be inhaling. And wouldn't the top of that tube cover like half your face? Doesn't seem like you'd be able to get a good seal there.
