My home made chapstick pipe- is it safe?

Discussion in 'DIY and Homemade' started by Itsmyname, Jan 13, 2011.

  1. Yeah, make an apple pipe or a carrot pipe or something, or just buy some papers.

  2. Haha! Very nice! But probably not healthy or tasty. An apple or papers or knifers...even some tinfoil would probably work better

  3. if you're actually over 18, you would not be smoking out of that shit dude!!

  4. Melt your socket into a Gatorade bottle and make a waterfall bong. It will fuck you up and you wont be melting plastic into your lungs.

  5. Dude, you can get a cheap glass bowl for $3, a good cheap metal pipe for $5 or a decent glass straight shooter for $10. Those would be much safer. Ya just gotta look around.

  6. thanks for this thread, it inspired me and I made my own, it hits like a champ, I'll post a pic in a little bit

  7. eh, if it doesnt kill you,, it will only make you stronger..right?;)

  8. dont you have any other pieces?

What I dont get is why people use headphone mesh as a screen.

If they are perfectly good headphones, there is no reason why you cant go to a headshop and pick up some screens for a couple bucks. Headphones arent cheep, why would you wreck a perfectly good pair? The only reason I could see is if your parents are still buying you everything and everything is "free" for you.

If they are broken headphones, well, it would still be a good idea to buy screens. The wire mesh is probably coated in something.

There is no reason why you cant just go to a headshop and buy a cheap pipe for the cost of the headphones you just ruined. Or just go to a gas station and buy some papers and roll a joint.

Anyways, I would never smoke out of that thing you made...looks toxic. Roll a joint, buy a piece, borrow a piece, use some hotknives or dont smoke at all. Bake some weed cookies or something.

Heat + plastic = toxic fumes.
