Well he is right the holes are small enough that the suction doesn't has enough strength to break the surface tension of the water.
that thing is amazing. props, i would hit that thing. My DWB logic has the same disc thing where the water stays up and sometimes little bubbles will come up and and it makes a queef sound. If you have disc percs you know what im talking about lol
