Well i have all the tools necassary to make but before i use it i just have 2 important questions question number 1:would it be ok if instead of having to use a washer can i use foil instead? (the safer foil i think it's tin foil correct me if i'm wrong lol) and question number 2 is: Will a water bottle bong deliver a high just like a normal bong because some dude that my friend knows told me all home made tokin tools subtract the effect by 30 percent
I dont believe the 30% thing is true, but I could be wrong. I toke out of my home made tools all the time and they do great. The 30% thing is BS, That is only true if there are air leaks, or something else wrong with the piece. As long as you make it air tight it will be fine.
i don't think they even make tin foil anymore. Its just another word for aluminum foil. It causes brain damage, the safer alternative would be a wrench socket. And its always better to invest in a cheap bong or pipe, you can get a decent one for under 20 bucks online because plastic bottles release toxins, plastic under even a little bit of heat releases some toxins and stuff but if its all you have by all mean do it. When i was in high school i smoked out of a homemade pipes and stuff everyday.
