Ok, after some searching, it looks like Mr. Rize has covered the drying aspect before: Matt, you talk about "curing" your hash here as well. However, I have come across several tutorials that mention that curing hash is unnecessary. Can you expand on your thoughts on this when you have a second? Thanks!
