Nah aluminum isn't bad, I looked it up, I forget exactly what it said but if I remember correctly regular lighters can't heat up enough to cause the fumes from the aluminum to cause anything. Also, I have no idea about the pipe. Is it bad if I used copper?
copper has a lower melting point. at around 1000deg. but yea aluminum is bad. plus your pulling air thru it which will only fuel the fire.
Well copper is used to kill a lot of parasites and bugs. Plus have you ever seeen the older pennies? They get all that crusty stuff on em, I would imagine it being unhealthy to smoke. Then again, its an easy 5$ so I say go for it.
Are you kidding me? Have you never seen aluminum turn black after lighting it? Most likely there are fumes coming outta that.

Copper, on the other hand, is toxic to humans. That's why copper cookware is lined with tin. Why would you imagine that? Are you a physician or a chemist?
