im in the process of building a kazoo pipe. currently i have a plastic one but before i build my safe metal pipe im curious on two things. i have a plastic kazoo that looks like this. First of all, will a metal bowl make this safe?or will any plastic in the pipe cause me to inhale carcinogens or toxins or whatnot. also which side should i use as the carb and which 4 mouthpiece? i planned on having the large hole be the mouthpiece and the small one the carb as thats how a kazoo is played and it makes more sense that way i think. but on mine the bowl section is much closer to the large hole so im wondering if it might make more sense to seal up the big hole into a smaller one and just inhale from the small hole. does the position of the bowl relative to carb and mouthpiece even matter anyway?
I'm actually so happy you posted this. My best friend and I actually started smoking together when we were in like 9th grade and the only thing we had was a metal kazoo. Ahh, such good memories! We're planning to get matching kazoo tattoos sometimes in the near future hah. If i remember correctly, we inhaled from the small end and just used the large end as a car with some home made screen cut out of a window or something on the "bowl". I wouldn't use that kazoo though, get a metal one and then have fun with it!
holy shit, i have almost the same story when i first started blazing in 9th grade, about 3 months into my stonerdom, my friend gave me his homemade metal kazoo pipe. he poked hols in the top part and it worked perfectly. We taped the end and poked ahole and made it a steamroller. It hit like a champ.
