Hey man, Can anyone help me out here. I was at a headshop and they had a huge display of JBD bongs. I ended up deciding on this one and realized after it didn't have any stickers or stamps on it. Some did, and when i saw this one i just liked it not realizing it wasn't stamped. Any insight?
Hard to say when I googling it looks like they always have a sticker , looks identical unsure if it’s a knock off or real . Did it cost a lot ?? Seems like a expensive brand Is it scientific glass or soft ?
Thanks for answering, so it seems like a reputable dealer, others i looked at were all stamped, and this was in that section. I just liked it and didn't realize until after i had it home that it wasn't stamped. Expensive, yup! But he gave me a good deal on the one that was stamped JBD and had ice catch also. It was smaller, thicker glass but i liked this one so i got same deal. I will post side by side. So it don't gotta be marked? Hang on One on left is mine, right was my original choice that is marked
Definitely a good looking peice , not sure how fragile or durability .. that brand is super expensive.
So u think it is still JBD with no stamp? Huge showroom, designated JBD area and this was there. Is it like a fumed brazilian? It is thinner diameter than the smaller one, but it fit my mug of a face better and seemed to pull better
Yeah I’m not familiar enough with the brand to say , ; maybe someone has answers on here . Weird the logo isn’t branded in, only stickers looks like a common enough design tho .
Hah, really never heard of Jerome Baker Designs? I didn't buy for name, look at her! She is beautiful! But realized despite my deal i prob still paid up for name bit idk feel i still got a good deal, question was tho is it or it is not?
Just hope you didn’t over spend haha , some regular stuff is more durable and or easier to clean . Hopefully it’s legitimate , could contact manufacturer see how to know if it’s real or not .
But again i guess I don't really care, love what I got and he dropped price on each piece (one clearly marked) but just curious
It could be a cheap knock off that only cost $30 on that commie site dh gate. So yeah, I would care if it was a knock off.
I don't see any bongs like that on DHgate. I'm guessing you didn't get ripped off. It might be worth it to contact them though. It's pretty easy and they have a ton of ways to get in touch with them. Why not do that?. They are the ones that can help you. It doesn't help to just ask on some random internet forum. I did a search and it was the first result.
Yeah curios if that big discount he got was because not branded ?? Or what Lots have sticker + logo branded on but this designer model doesn’t .. Amg had no sticker .. do Authentic ones have it ?
Yeah i sent them an email but they haven't got back to me, so I figured i would throw this out there. Actually, thought i said but i got the deal on the one next to it, see the smaller one, thicker glass and marked. They were both the same price, but when he said that i asked if he would do same for that one. Hahq i literally bought the other one and then realized i could get that one
I would say 100% legit. It might not be one of his pieces from the 90s, but it looks quality. knockoffs you can find the defects pretty easily
