    Lol your going to be fine! I live in Texas ... I worked at a smoke shop and we ordered glass daily.... it's only paraphernalia when theirs evidence it's been used to consume an illegal substance!

    Wait, but you were working for a headshop, so you had authorization for distributing and importing tobacco products! I'm just a regular person! Have you purchased personally? Or from another shop from outside the US?

    Yea dude I've ordered personally bongs from china before! Check out dhgate.com , u can get gals cheap af from their , nice peices as well it's just not borosilicate glass but as long as your not clumsy its perfect!

    I live not in Texas but another illegal state in the Southeastern Bible belt. If they sell it in stores for tobacco use. You'll have no issues until you smoke non tobacco out of it. Noone is going to do stings to sit outside a smoke shop or head shop to bust people with clean bongs. I do advise to be careful traveling after using it for non tobacco purposes. Because noone bong hit tobacco. Hell even a glass pipe for that matter. Did that once. Never again. Lol

    lmao thats where i found the info. Of course I found Texas Laws on other websites but everytime I'd google my question about importing bongs, etc, I would take me to some TEXAS attorneys page with said info, which actually laid out the law in much clearer terms for me to understand...

    but yet I still posted because i was still paranoid! lmao
